"Per Person" Pork Chops 'N Potato Sauce

pork chop per person
1 potato per person 1/4 slices
1 onion per person sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup (per 4 persons)  
1/2 can water (per can of soup)  
1/4 cup cooking oil  
bag favorite vegetable (mixed) (optional)
28 briquettes
Heat Dutch oven.  Add cooking oil to oven. Brown pork chops (both sides) with onions.  Lay potato slices evenly over pork chops and onions.  Mix water and soup, pour mixture over ingredients.  Set aside 8 briquettes (for simmering).  Put 12 briquettes on top, 8 briquettes on bottom.  Simmer until chops and potatoes are tender, about 50 minutes.
